MS4 Information

Under a federal mandate administered by the Pa. Dept. of Environmental Protection a portion of Cumberland Township has been designated as an urban area and is required to obtain permits for storm water discharge and develop a storm water management program to keep pollutants out of storm water.  The Federal mandate is known as the Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Program.
